Hi, this Saturday, June 14, 2014, from 11am to 3pm, Sam's Club will be offering men FREE health screenings. The tests are open to the public, but for men only. They will be offering some for women's in October.
The tests include: Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL, Risk Ratio, Blood Pressure, Body Fat Percentage, Vision, and PSA (prostate-specific antigen). They are only available at Sam's Clubs with a Pharmacy Department.
