Hi, this Saturday, August 9, 2014, from 11am to 3pm, Sam's Club will be offering FREE KID'S health screenings. The tests are open to the public.
The tests include: take-home DNA kit, child safety ID kit, blood pressure, body fat percentage, and vision testing/screening. They are only available at Sam's Clubs with a Pharmacy Department.
