Hi, this Saturday, February 14, 2015, from 11am to 3pm, Sam's Club will be offering FREE health screenings. The tests are open to the public; no membership is required.
The tests include: Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL, Risk Ratio, Blood Pressure, and Body Fat Percentage. They are only available at Sam's Clubs with a Pharmacy Department.
