Hi, there are a lot of Freebies for kids, especially in the summer. Don't forget to check out the "Free Stuff" page at the top of my blog.
Here is one that is great to help kids not lose their academic advantage during the long summer off. It's the Barnes & Noble summer reading program for kids.
If you're not familiar with the program, check it out. All the details are on this link. Basically the program consists of your child reading 8 books, and keeping a journal of the 8 books which is brought to Barnes & Nobles. Then the child receives a Free book from the list of available books. The program appears to be for grades 1 through 6.
