FREE - FRUGAL ALERT! SAM'S CLUB HAS FREE HEALTH SCREENINGS ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2015.

Hi, next Saturday, October 10, 2015, from 11am to 3pm, Sam's Club will be offering FREE health screenings.  The tests are open to the public; no membership is required. This month they are offering Women's Health Screenings.

The tests include:  Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL, Risk Ratio, Blood Pressure, and Body Fat Percentage, and Vision Screening.  They are only available at Sam's Clubs with a Pharmacy Department.
